B.C. gun shops see surge in customers after Canada moves to cap handgun sales

New gun control legislation the federal government tabled Monday includes a national freeze on the purchase, sale, importation and transfer of handguns in Canada. The move has sent some people scrambling to try and buy one while they still can.
