Pipeline backers pitch environmental benefits of Mackenzie gas at final hearing

INUVIK, N.W.T. - Proponents of a $16.2-billion natural gas pipeline down the Mackenzie Valley made one final pitch Wednesday to a regulatory panel reviewing the plans, insisting that the pipeline would not only be environmentally benign, but would actuall
