i got an mp3 player for Christmas. i almost needed special tools to get the darn thing out of the package.

Are we sure that the mp3 player with the porn was returned? Why would anyone buy something electronic that was not in its original package and or sealed? Did it come that way from the manufacturer? Was it really there in the first place or did he put it on there for the publicity and the chance to sue?
