i think most Canadians have had it too easy with borders..

I thought those rules were already in place... teh demanded i show my drivers licence and brith certificate last May.

Shit, I thought this was mandatory already lol. I've always used either my passport (when traveling), or birth certificate and drivers licence combo (if going over for a hockey game or something), so this isn't going to hassel me one bit. Last time I went over to Detroit on the Tunnel Bus, they looked at my 2 pieces, asked where I was going, and away I went.
We've got it really easy.

yea, they didn't ask to look at my luggage or anything, was fucking sweet. all this time I was under the impression i was going to be heckled to death, and that I'd need my passport by now.
