Harper begins lobbying allies on troops

OTTAWA–Prime Minister Stephen Harper has launched his diplomatic efforts to get military reinforcements in southern Afghanistan, telling U.S. President George W. Bush that Canada will pull out of its Afghan mission in a year unless it gets help.
