Naked man steals truck, leads police on dangerous chase

A man was arrested after a dramatic police pursuit of a 10-tonne truck on the Lougheed Highway near the Haney bypass during the morning rush hour Monday in the Metro Vancouver suburb of Maple Ridge.

Not to cast aspersions on any single group of people, my guess would be that if you steal a truck while stark naked, chances are that you're in some kind of drug induced state of complete stupidity.

And if that indeed does turn out to be the case, the poor little muffin will probably walk away with a sentence of next to nothing, because he has "personal problems".

Nice to see that the police have found an alternative to the taser though.
