It's Canadians who deserve an explanation why the university awarded a $5,000 entrepreneurial prize to someone shown to raising money for foreign wars.

"A spokesman for Wilfrid Laurier University said the school adheres to the legal principle of the "presumption of innocence," reports The Globe."

Would have thought this would explain everything.

If he is found guilty will the school then "revoke" the award?
