After being swept in Milwaukee by the Brewers and losing five straight games, the Toronto Blue Jays have fired manager John Gibbons, coaches Marty Pevey, Ernie Whitt and Gary Denbo
They should have started at the top and worked their way down. This team has lost focus of what the target is. Poor management and poor decisions on spending money has them exactly where they should be.
Maybe it's the lack of talent on the team? Toronto seems to be the place for rookies to get their feet wet to the MLB and oldtimers like Frank Thomas, Ricky Henderson and Roger Clemens to 'sample a new dish' and spit it out the next year due to lack of taste.
Like it was back in the days of the World Series titles.
Hey now, don't forget Kelly and Pat which were an integral part of the best team the Blue Jays ever put together
