Workers at the Maple Leaf Foods plant linked to a fatal, nationwide listeria outbreak cut corners when they cleaned food processing machines, a longtime employee claims.

    Laywers are all saying it smells like money $$$$$. Lawsuits.

    one guy that doesnt want to be named though... just seems kinda fishy... cause those lawyers with the class action suits woldn't pay someone off either

    I dont understand why there are so many class action lawsuits. I mean yes this was a bad thing that happened but less then 100 people have gotten sick or have loss their life.

    as far as i see it they should be the only ones eligible to receive any compensation for this.

    In amongst our generally honest citizenry, we have
    a latent society of malingerers...long living enviously
    in the shadow of the United States of Litigation...
    It was only a matter of time before our justice
    system OK'd class-action and personal-injury suits,
    and the viral infection known as "ambulance-chaser"
    lawyers then spread to here.
