Conservative Leader Steven Harper's latest tough-on-crime measures are getting a harsh review from aboriginal justice workers, who say they fear his move to end conditional sentencing for more than 30 crimes will lead to more aboriginal Canadians in jails

    of course they are bitching.

    They want different sentencing BECAUSE they are indians. Justice is BLIND and it is about time Canadians realized that.

    People complain about two tier health care, we have had two tier justice for the past 13 years!!

    and isn't it very typical that the group who get the 'most' house arrest sentances is the one first in line to complain about how 'unfair' they will be treated.

    Here is a tip, DON"T FUCK BREAK THE LAW!
