What a stupid thing to do. This song and it's lyrics belongs to all Canadians and not to Vancoc.

    No doubt.

So 'winter' and '2010' are already trademarked? So calendar makers will have to pay a licence fee to VancOC to publish 2010 calendars that list December 21 as the first day of winter?

What the hell, I guess, it's not like Canada had freedom of speech anyway.
