BARRIE -- A 15-year-old "loner" arrested after police found a battery of bomb-making equipment in his school locker was released on bail yesterday.

I think the bail was set way to low. Sounds like he was trying to make a napalm like fire bomb. It would be interesting to see what bomb recepies he had.
