HANOI, Vietnam -- Vietnam is considering banning small-chested drivers from its roads -- a proposal that has provoked widespread disbelief in this nation of slight people.

    it's hard to beleive that "suppose to be educated" people like the government of a country would come up which such absurd decisions..... LOL

    Surely they could come up with a better way to restrict riders who are too small to handle the machine they are riding...perhaps have them bring the bike in, tip it on it's side, and try to lift it up. If you can't, you don't get your licence. (I doubt anyone would care, anyway)

    As for Brad and Angie, nice safety gear...

    Motorbike is Vietnamese family ride. Has anyone seen this? Mom, dad, brothers and sisters on the same bike at once...
