TORONTO -- A 15-year-old Toronto boy was free on armed robbery charges when arrested on the weekend for allegedly shooting a man four times after being kicked out of a birthday party for a four-year-old girl

Wow - shot four times then released from hospital, sounds like a tough guy - no wonder the kid was running from him!

"The youth was arrested and released FOUR TIMES for alledgedly breaching his probation" Murphy said. And then for the crime of ARMED ROBBERY he is granted bail!

Absolutely nothing.

It fits perfectly with the enlightened Canadian Judicial system or should we say lack of it.

He's just a poor misguided youth who's weapons violations, should be viewed by the law as no more serious than stealing a bicycle. (sarcasm off)
