Winnipeg makes shortlist for AIDS research centre

WINNIPEG - This city has joined the shortlist of four Canadian cities that have been tapped by the federal government as possible locations for an $88-million HIV vaccine manufacturing facility funded in part, by software billionaire Bill Gates.
