CODY, Wyo. - A man has been cited for public intoxication while riding a white horse during a snowstorm in the northern Wyoming town Cody.

    It happened not a long time ago here in Quebec at the St-Tite Western Festival. A woman got a fine for riding her horse after she took 3 beers.
