Quick question for mtbr, how is your housing prices NOW!! (told you so) :P

Down about 15% across the board. Great adjustment to the market, unless you're paying on an infated value. Under water.

Have you gone down there to look at them? Maybe we got hooked up with the wrong realtor, but most houses she showed us looked like homeless people had lived in them for awhile after the home owner walked away. One of the places had carp living in the pool, to keep the algae under control. It kind of turned us off.

Proof there is a sucker born every day... AZ is far from it's bottom, yet people think it's cheap and are buying up homes. LOL

Tempe has some good deals, great for an investor who owns apartment bldgs in a college town.

    Hasn't budged, why?

Not to mention I have a huge land portfolio of lots across the USA. From $15,000 to $5,000 I buy and hold.

What did Ziggy say? "Buy land, because they don't make any more of it."
