Canada, Ontario to own 2 per cent of Chrysler

Canada and the province of Ontario will jointly own a two per cent equity stake in the newly restructured Chrysler. In exchange, the governments will provide $2.42 billion in financing to the struggling automaker.

    Great, another excuse for McGuinty to squeeze even more money out of Ontarios taxpayers. :roll: While we're at it, maybe we should prop up the horseshoe industry. 8O

    I am so pleased that my tax dollars went to support an American company that I wouldn't dare buy shares in, let alone buy their product.
