WINNIPEG - The public may never know if a man who beheaded a fellow passenger on a Greyhound bus will be kept in an institution or given a conditional release.

I think it is totally moronic that the public can not know whether he is locked up or not. I don't want to know where he is, just THAT he is. I think we all have a right to know.
