Where is the UN ? they seriously need to do there job and the global community needs to tell North Korea that enough is enough and that this will not be tolerated anymore .
if there not willing to do this , then what on earth is the reason for the existence of such groups ?
and where oh where is obama ? maybe he was busy watching some kind of sporting event , after all ignornace is bliss as they say .
