So what is Heatley worth? It's not like Ottawa would get anything stellar - like a 2 times 50 goals scorer. How is Penner worth Heatley? Cogliano is ONLY 22 and hasn't proved anything while Heatley has done something... It's so freaking frustrating at this point because Ottawa will NEVER get full value for Heatley... I wish he would have kept his ugly mouth shut

It's NOT a bonus - it's $4M 'advance' on the rest of his salary - the rest of it is suppose to be paid off during the season. $10M last year, $8M this year and whatever is left over the next 4 years.
