Universities launch scholarship for children of fallen soldiers

Four universities in Calgary, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario are offering scholarships to children of parents killed in active Canadian military missions to help them attain undergraduate degrees.

that's outstanding... although I hope as few as possible students are eligible in the future

As far as I know, you can't serve in the army if you are not a citizen, so this line:
Students must be under the age of 26 and be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
is kinda bullshit...

This is totally awesome! only in Canada eh and we should be proud of this. Finally something that gives back to the families of men and women who gave so much for us.
