Couple of hours of community service in one of New Jersey's inner cities would do the trick.
Oh for Pete's sake... he's a kid playing a prank. If he'd said "all white people" this would be a non-issue. People need to get their freakin' I'm-gonna-sue-you-for-whatever-I-can-because-I-can heads out of their asses and get a life.
If it was a non white kid who said "all Caucasians, please leave" it would be an issue indeed.

Doubt it!!!!! Happens all the time. Black on white crime is never reported as racist or a hate crime.
