Even if you are super skinny, the sugar and fat in this bad boy would kill you eventually, either via diabetes or heart disease.

Picture shows it Called a "Heath" Shake, not Health, but I'm betting they were counting on people making that mistake. Although that would just be low to trick people into thinking they are eating healthy when really its heafty.
