A new video of a smoking Indonesian toddler has emerged to shock health experts and provide further graphic illustration of the Southeast Asian country's growing addiction to tobacco.

    This pisses me off every time I see this. The only question is how long will it be before the kid get heart disease/ lung cancer and so on.Even the Islamic Fatwas don't have much effect.

    I feel sorry for the kid and complete disgust at the parents.

    Blame the tobacco-companies. Sue them. It doesnt say on the packages that it is not suitable for children under 3. (or 18, or 95)

    Funny thing is that they are muslims. The Indonesian muslim clerics issued a Fatwa against smoking. Nobody seems to care.

    In the absence of tough government regulations Muslim clerics recently issued a fatwa against smoking.

    But analysts said the religious edict was likely to have about as much effect as regulations banning smoking in bars and restaurants, which are widely ignored.

    Yea normally you would get you hand, you head or your dick chopped off once they issue one of these things, but apparently not here.
