The angry spiteful part of me wants to burn an effigy of Mohammed in response, the just and fair part of me wants to just send these disgaceful "citizens" of Brittian back to the shitholes they originated from.

I thought you Yanks were all for freedom of speech - be it insulting the fuck out of Muslims by drawing insulting cartoons of Mohommad or insulting the fuck out of vets by burning poppies.

So which is it?

I'm a pretty liberal guy, in many ways extremely liberal.
But I keep asking myself how this isn't bordering on treason? You immigrate to a country from what can accurate be described by another poster as a "shit hole". You came there because it offers a better life and freedom.

I’m all for freedom of speech, say what you want. But these people are literally taking the side of a foreign nation over that of their CHOSEN home. I’m not saying you have to condone every military action your country partakes in, but when you explicitly choose the opposing side – thats treasonous... so you should get out of my country.

Enjoy the West's freedoms because if the roles were reversed, these unenlightened, hypocritical morons wouldn't be letting others challenge their views in a similar manner.

Although this is extreme, protests against war are not unusual, nor are they treasonous. This is simply another war protest with a particularly disgusting twist.

My knee jerk is to toss them all in jail for a while or better yet, throw them out, because I'm not a 'freedom of speech above all else' guy. But for those who are, this is freedom of speech, so suck it up and enjoy seeing that freedom at its worst.
