A Florida lawmaker is welcoming students back to school by handing out 200 leather belts to help them comply with a new state law that bans saggy pants on campuses.

    I think I saw on MTV about the origin of this particular trend. Started in the US prisons as a way forthe gays to promote their availability. How does it go from that to being what it is today....talk about f'd up.

    I think it's a stupid fashion. But even stupider is legislating against it.
