    If it is of any consequence, the US Dept. of Justice also places restrictions on Americans who've expressed suicidal tendencies or desires.

    Suicidal people have a nasty tendency to not want to die alone - as we saw in Carson City this week when a suicidal man killed himself after killing three strangers as well. Meaning that we have enough nutbags of our own without letting them in from other countries as well.

    Privacy is a right, and having confidential police *notes*, (not court proceedings or convictions) shared with the intelligence service of another nation is a violation of that privacy.
