The severe storm bearing down on Alaska, and bringing with it blizzard conditions and high storm surge, was spotted by a NOAA satellite.

That sounded like a pretty nasty storm on the Weather Network - close to hurricane force winds, a foot or two of snow and 20 foot high waves.

He'd better dress properly because anyone crazy enough to try will probably get hypothermia in about 2 minutes - at which point he'll demand someone risk their life to save his dumbass.
