Reality TV star Michelle Duggar announced this week she is pregnant with baby No. 20, prompting many to wonder whether she is putting her own life in danger by trying for just one more.

Actually I think that it depends from organism, one can is 60, the other one can't in 35.

Don't forget not too long ago, it was common to have that number of child. Now, you get a TV show to do it.
