    Hooray for the CRTC! It's nice to see a branch of the government stand up for consumers instead of big business. It's very rare in these Harper times.

    The decison may not be as hard on Bell as the headlines suggest. Bell cannot charge a premium for bandwidth, but the independents will have to purchase additional capacity if their client base or usage grows. Looks like another way for Bell to upcharge or obtain new rates for the increased capacity. I did not hear of any independants jumping up and down for joy on this decision.

    I said its rare, not that it didnt happen. The same government fired the crtc head so that sun media could legally print lies and say it was news.
