Well, it's a Christmas special being hosted by a comedian. I'm going to take it as comedic spoof/irony and leave it at that. Anyway seeing how one of Jesus' female disciples (I'm not sure what else to call Mary Magdalene) was a prostitute it seems rather fitting.

Scrape off a few dozen layers of that make-up and that's one ugly ol' mule standing there. Big fake titties aside, I've never quite figured out the fascination our ridiculous and revolting pop culture has with that particular creature.

I share your sentiment, Goes for the whole lot of them actually, They must have publicity people who know how to launch their image and keep it in the public eye.

I cant think of anyone off the top of my head who would be good as the Virgin Mary.
