Nice. Efficient as always. Of course I say give $100 million to the Russians to take care of the problem. If you don't ask any questions, I'm sure within two weeks no Somali would dare set foot in a boat.

    That's just it.
"As large ships at sea have increased their defenses against pirate attacks, gangs have looked for other money making opportunities like land-based kidnappings. Ms. Buchanan, 32, and Mr. Thisted, 60, were working with a de-mining unit of the Danish Refugee Council when they were kidnapped in October."

Somebody may argue that we violated the pirates civil and human rights.

    Good job.

But there should be no land based kidnappings, because there should be no people there to kidnap in the first place. Soldiers shouldn't have to risk their lives to rescue people who put their own in foreseeable danger.

Nor should police officers or firemen. Yet they do anyway and you should be thankful for their sacrifices to keep liberal humanitarian types safe from the people they're foolishly trying to help.
