Official: British director Tony Scott dead after jumping from California bridge

British director Tony Scott died Sunday after jumping from a bridge in San Pedro, an official with the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office told CNN.

that's such a pity that it came to this for him... really enjoyed his works growing up when I did. RIP
