Canada's federal prison agency is looking to hire a priest or priestess who will deliver spiritual services for inmates who practise witchcraft.

    Or we cuold just see this as an innocent excersise of freedom of religion in a place that has very few freedoms. Seriously, if you can get upset over this you're trying waaay too hard.

    I don't see the problem. If your country is going to provide religious guidance to inmates then include the Wiccans if you've got Wiccan inmates. Ditto for Zorastrians, Rastafarians, etc.

    Why is that important?

    There are many inmates who have suddenly "found God" and "are a different person now" compared to who they were when they did what they did. Why is that fine, but ANY other religion is not?

    That is plain bullshit and discriminatory.
