Didn't we cause half these issues by increasing the demands from the helicopter when it was already over half done?

The federal government has already renegotiated the contract once, and threw Sikorsky a bone in the form of over 100 million dollars extra money.

And they still can't get the job done?

The F-35 doesn't have this many problems for FS and everyone harps on about how badly managed that program supposedly is... so what does that make this?

This company should be blacklisted by DND, once we get our helicopters of course.

Which will be sometime after 2020 by the looks of things.
