A Canada Border Services Agency report completed last year warns of an organized effort to exploit Canada's social safety net by a surging number of Hungarian refugee claimants.

    Hungary is a full member of NATO and the EU.

    The country does not actively persecute it's citizens.

    All claims by Hungarians should be automatically refused, and people immediately returned to Hungary.


    Should be a CSBA general order, no exceptions.
