The 'parents' of these children need to be held accountable. Firebugs are a problem here as well. Usually it's kids under 10 who are unsupervised late at night. The village and band council recently instituted a curfew for kids under 16, after 10 PM, Sunday - Thursday. it really hasn't stopped kids from setting fires or trying to destroy the school. It seems the only thing that slows them down is inclement weather.

Stephen Harper's fault. Didn't apologize enough.

I wonder if PM Tater Tot will do anything, or is this not a good enough photo op for him?

So I guess all your major fires start before 22:00.
