Getting to the point where the are averaging more than one mass shooting a day. Hardly even news anymore, unless he is Muslim of course. Then the lives mattered.

Apparently he was dressed in a WW2 Nazi brownshirt uniform. News says that his law firm was collapsing so this looks like he flipped out and elected for a suicide-by-cop in a more memorable than usual manner. Last name sounds more Hindu or Sinhalese than Muslim too.
