Description: This strange but appealing monument celebrates Canadian Aid workers. Located in the space behind Rideau Falls next to the French Embassy, plaque reads "...honours Canadians' commitment to International Development and humanitarian assistance and pays tribute to all Canadians who give their lives in pursuit of these values. Inspired by Tim Stone and Nancy Malloy, two aid workers who lost their lives abroad in 1996. Unveiled June 28, 2001. Share on Facebook
