In Canadian military terminology, a Joint Task Force is any task force made up of personnel and/or equipment from more than one element of the Canadian Armed Forces (the three elements being Air Force Command, Maritime Forces Command and Land Forces Command). The "two" uniquely identifies it as THE Joint Task Force Two, the special operations/counter-terrorist multi-service unit. Competition for entry is, as you may guess, extremely high.

Also, its a good idea, too many Canadians don't know that JTF 2 exists
