Wow, that actually looks state of the art
Yes, indeed
He should let me help him take off all that gear...
thats a sweet picture
Hi, I'm from Canada. Could I intrest you in learning about tolerance?
helmets make them look almost German.....
that's because the Germans had a good design
It is rather impressive. i heard that our soldiers in the desert in Afghanistan were issued the green gear, the tan stuff wasn't ready yet
the device on the rifle, is that something like the American MILES system or training and tracking using lasers and GPS?
It looks like a night-vision sight.
Yummy
Are they all so well equipped?
I believe so. You just usually don't see soldiers with fixed bayonets and scopes like that on the news.
they don't
...They don't what?
run around with fixed bayonets
They arent all so well equiped like that. Its just not doable yet, it would be way to expensive. Nice pic I hope to use that stuff some day.
running around with fixed bayoenets lowers accuracy, they only use them in close quaters fighting....at least from what i know
We do have all that kit.......just the guys on operations overseas get it....and the fighting troops at that. The sight is actually a thermal night sight, and not every person in the section would have one. Maybe one per section.
Really? I thought this pisture was just to show off the army's new toys. Just makes me even more eager to join the army.
exactly plus thats like an extra 50 bls of gear its not fun marching in full gear like that.
That doesnt look like a C8A2 rifle.
