even though the picture is from break.com A number of years ago when I was in Quebec..for two weeks... after a freezing rain and wind storm I saw an ice sheet cover the south side of a building 3 stories tall. All concrete block. the ice I would have to say covered the whole wall from top to bottom.. about a 1/2" to an inch thickness.... I wouldn't have wanted to be there when It broke off can you imagine how much that weighed... Freezing rain and wind do some neat things

USA babe just wait for the snow and wind storms.. one minute you have 5-9 feet of snow burmed on the right side of the road you go away for 15 minutes and everythings on the left side of the road.....

You're from Surrey Twister, most people in the Lower Mainland have anxiety attacks and require Latte IV drips if the temp drops below 0 C and you get 2 cm of snow. Try being dragged from Victoria to Flin Flon in January if you want real trauma.

uhm Shep.. been across country in some pretty horrific weather. Been in Quebec during an ice storm.. (not the big one).. in sudbury when it snowed like 60 cm in one night... over and over.. (snow capital of Canada) I played Junior hockey in Manitoba. Travel extensively through Saskatchewan and Alberta.. been as far north as fort St. John in BC. All chasing the little black disc.. and a dream.. now I travel to all these places to help other people achieve thier dreams.... there are some areas of this great country where the seasons boil down to.. 9 months of skating weather.. and 3 months of shitty skating weather....LOL

now your in Tiawan.. formerly formosa.. so whats the weather there like.. Rain Rain Rain.. couple of monsoons go ripping through and blazing heat... a little touch of snow.. every once and a while.... Ya most vancouverites fear snow... mainly cuase when we get snow.. it freezes form ice underneath.. then all the idiots in their SUV's with summer and ALL Weather tire hop onto the road... thats where the fear comes from.. idiots who can't drive in the rain.. now trying to drive on snow and ice... Yes I do believe I'll have another drip.

Formosa is just the name of the main island. Taiwan ROC is comprised of Formosa(spanish name of the Island), the Pescadores(Penghu), Mastsu, Kinmen(Qemoy) and few other little islands and archipelgos. Haven't had any rain here since early October and the weather is fairly cool here 8 - 9 at night and only about 16 during the day right now. The snow fall is on Formosa, where the mountains are just as high as the tallest ones in the Rockies.
