Bart, what's your opinion on 2cdo having been on welfare?
Should he have even gotten welfare at all, and should his kids have gone into foster care?

One cannot prove or disprove the supernatural, you can only look for indicators and draw a conclusion that is consistent with reality. I haven't heard the argument about God being improbable before, how does that one go? Prove the...

He made an arguement that was no better than the pro God one.

It was just finger pointing. That's your math?

You should read the link you posted. They said God was a scientific improbability, not impossibility. No there is ALWAYS a possibility. Like there IS a possibility for a magic unicorn to come in and take me away to Oz. The possibility is there. it's just VERY small. Like a 1 and a googolplex chance...

Bullshit. It's demanding the same from Athiests as they demand from believers. Proof that a belief - whether of the existance of God or the non-existance of God, is correct. I was referring to Guy's comment. You can't take the opposite stance of someone in an arguement and not bring your own points...

Its not up to the atheists to provide proof that god doesnt exists, they are not the ones making the claim.

It's an unprovable arguement for either side, that's just trying to win the arguement by passing the buck.

About a quarter of Canadians said they didn't believe in any God in a 2008 poll on religion Poll underlines sharp divide on religion I'm having trouble reconciling these two articles.. 75% believe in a god, and 64% believe that religion is harmful. No wonder our elections turn out the way they do. ...
