| If Quebec should separate....where would they go? I hear St. Pierre and Miquelon are nice. If Nunavut can be seperated from the NWT and Alberta and Saskatchewan can be seperated from the Western territories into their own provinces, I don't see why parts of Quebec cannot remain as 'new France' and ... |
