This has nothing to do with farmer control, it has to do with the role elected politicialns have in controling beurocrats.

Oklahoma became soverign in 1898 this motion is just saying the Federal goevernemtn overstepped it's bounds. It is in no way connected to interest in succesion.

It's a mess. Are Toyota/Honda plants in Canada better? It would be good if other regions such as Atlantic Canada or the West has an easier time with labour.

I though someone said five calls were made. |

There was many calls to 911 I think about five until the police arrived. That makes a diffence; they did the right thing. As for not helping the man somaritans should always put persoanl saftey first, this means not entering active traffic lanes. One of the drivers could have parked accrose the tra...

Quote: is what you suffer from covered by medical insurance?
The lawsuit is over distress not medical expences. I think there is a valid concern here, I'm not sure about money changing hands but I think Airlines should be restricted from serving peanuts because of close proximity and alergy concerns. |

I think unions are a big disadvantage for US automakers and it likely explains the move to areas without a union traditions. As a consumer I want GM to make trucks as cheap a spossible; I think it's good for Canada's ecconomy to import cheap vehicles. There will continue to be small business demand ...

Ironically, the reason they are being laid off is because GM isn't producing the cars/trucks/suv's that people want so you are going to protest by making even less of the vehicles that nobody wants. Riiiiiiiiight.... that'll wake someone up! Good for ya'! Exactly, you make less of a product which i...

The problem with this program is it creates an unfair interprovinical trade barrier. worse still this drop in cattle prices is predictable and part of a normal cattle cycle.

As a matter of fact; I went shopping yesterday at 'no frills' in Vegreville. ONE T-bone steak-just big enough for one person, one meal- $18.92! you mean 2 - 4 oz? The big thing is grain prices. Feedlots are charging more and making less, and while bread prices are influenced by grain beef prices are...

It's a bad deal. Question is do people know that to do in this situation? If one of the pedestrians had a cell phone they should have called 911. As to helping the man that is a differnt matter. One of the drivers shoudl have parked in the same land as the injured man or blocked both lanes. The pede...
