You can drive when you are 16, with parental consent. You can join the reserves when you are 16, with parental consent. You can be charged as an adult if you commit a horrible crime that makes you not fit to be a human. Far as i see it though, if our legal system says we gotta treat you nicely becau...

This is why i said that credit needs to be cracked down on hard by the government. Aside from Vehicles and Homes Canadians should not be borrowing. Credit card limits should be tied in with ones income, not their credit rating. If you make minimum wage than a $500 should be you max allowed TOTAL cre...

Forum: Current Events   Topic: Police call Stockholm bombings 'terrorist crime'

Sweden's security service has taken over the investigation into a pair of bombings in downtown Stockholm that authorities are calling "a terrorist crime."

Really? I would call it freedom of expression. At lest no one was killed (terrorist don't count as people).

They can't, the USA economy depends from Canadian resources, and Canada needs US money, everything is associated. I wouldn't say the USA depends on Canadian resources. I can't think of anything other than oil that the USA couldn't produce enough of to meet their needs. They just can't do it as chea...

Since democracy is about choice and without choice you are china "you can vote, but you only get to vote for us" or "you can have your opinion so long as it's the one we say you can have". And if SunTV turns to be the most politically incorrect news station Canada has ever had I ...

Well for starters it hasn't even ran any stories yet. People calling SunTV propaganda before it even airs is kinda like people saying that the unborn child of a former SS solider after WWII was going to be a Nazi. What is worst for Canadian democracy is people trying to stop sun news and discredit t...

Online petitions are worthless. You need to go around and ask people to sign it personally. So my question is did you make this petition yourself? If so can I use it to actually go around my community and get real sigs on it?

Are you fucken kidding me, a judge has the balls to decide what "moral obligations" the parent has to his adult children? Once you turn 18 your parents have NO obligations to you. Nor do you to your parents, right? Pretty much, its like that mom who abandoned her kids and is now sueing th...

I'd regulate it saying that prostitution cannot happen within 10km of any government funded school or an area frequented by minors under the age of 18. Anyone paying for sex must register so that in the event of a hooker getting an STD it is possible to track down everyone who had contact with her/h...
