Like I told you,try a town where I dont know everyone, maybe Arviat. Are you saying that the people up around Baker Lake lie to the press and scientists, but tell you the truth? The fact is that we don't what they've told you, or if they've told you anything at all. They went on the public record wh...

Have you guys got a shred of scientific evidence, Ziggy and friends? Especially you, Ziggy, who apparently drinks and eats with scientists. No. No your assertions are silly...many of them are nothing more than bizarre conspiracy conspiracies. So, Ziggy...you made unsubstantiated claims about what pe...

I posted a link to a site where a wildlife officer who has lived up there for thirty years said that there...

Whatever, Ziggy. I've posted links to what people in the North are saying. They see changes occurring. You deny those changes are occurring.

So should I listen to the people who live there and to the scientists, or should I listen to you?

So there's a giant global warming affecting the entire solar system, and somehow it's because of man-made CO2. Go figure.

Sorry, but the entire solar system is not heating up. That claim was shot down long ago.

“It seems as if a lot of animals are moving east toward Hudson Bay because of global warming,” said Joe Niego, a Nunavut government wildlife officer who has lived in the village of Baker Lake, Nunavut, for 30 years. “In recent years, we’ve seen marten, which are never found ...

Melting of coastal ice made travel hazardous. As once-solid surfaces thinned, hunters have fallen through to their deaths. Ice floes have drifted further from shore, taking away meat supplies such as seals. Elders in Baker Lake told Fox Gearheard that drier and hotter summers had reduced some berri...

According to one of the elders Gearheard has interviewed, the weather has become uggianaqtuq, which, roughly translated, means ‘like a familiar friend behaving strangely’. About 40 or 50 years ago, a snow storm would last for four or fi ve days. On the sixth or seventh day the weather w...

After lunch, Iwago has a chat with John. John says his grandfather, an Inuit, settled in this area years ago, and that is why he lives here to this day. He says that the ice on Wager Bay begins melting about two weeks earlier than it used to when he was a boy. And during his grandfather’s tim...

No, we'll just have to agree that you've been unable to back up your claims. You want us to believe your claims because you say that you've been there in person. The scientists have been there in person too though. They've taken measurements, shot photos that can be compared to years past, and so on...

Not according to scientists who take actual measurements. They've documented huge changes in both arctic ice and glaciers in your home province of Alberta. Why didn't you notice those those changes?
