Alberta's budget is based on oil selling for $58 per barrel. Cuts are most certainly on the horizon for Alberta.

Actually only 4 of the last 7 US Presidents have visited Canada first.

I used to be a huge hockey fan until that Bettman got involved. However my football interest is still very high and I believe I'm up to about 400 games a year now.

Yes that's what I was attempting to get at. Shrinking government while adjusting for changes in population. Doesn't make sense to just toss 22 more seats into the mix to me at all.

Why add seats? Why not cut the number of seats to 300 and re-structure them so they fit the new demographics of Canada? Far be it that government actually gets a little smaller and those pension payouts cut back a little...

The best one I have watched live was Shaun Verreault. He did a 15 minute guitar set that was just awesome at the Calgary Stampede back in 1998 or 1999.

We have been able to work on our laptops on commercial flights without a problem. Also regarding toothpaste if it is under 65mL you can take it as long as it is in a plastic container.

Bic lighters haven't been allowed when leaving from Canadian airports since 2000.
