| I am really looking forward to getting to Canada again to sample some of that beer! I have a timeshare at Whistler. Will have to look around there to see what I can score. [B-o] Here is where I might get an impression of Canadian beer: Top 10: Canadian Beers http://ca.askmen.com/top_10/entertainment... |

| If you visit Washington/Oregon then you need to ask for Deschutes brewery Black Butte Porter. It really is the best. Glad to hear that Canada is making a beer comeback. [B-o] With a dark beer as our first and flagship brand, Black Butte defined Deschutes as a radical player. A slight hop bitterness ... |

| I thought Canadian beer was brewed in Mexico... but according to wiki, 90% of Canada's beer is brewed in Canada! But, not Canadian owned. What your really getting is American beer brewed in Canada. Canada really should be stronger in the beer category. Superpower awaits you. Canada's largest brewing... |

| There is discussion about this story on another forum thread, http://www.canadaka.net/forums/filibuster-cartoons-f72/canada-s-latest-conquest-t100068.html But this is a different slant. That is contemplating Canada as a superpower. Please see: http://outfront.blogs.cnn.com/2012/03/06/is-canada-the-w... |

| Here is a comment from the Great Hockey Riot: ....Summerville also said determining the level of aggression police should use is difficult when there is “massive civil disorder.” He says if police had been more forceful, they risked being blamed for instigating the riot. “I’ve worn the helmet and sh... |

The bit about the American PD is so true. If you are holding a knife in front of an American Police Officer, you will be ventilated.
Frankly, I thought the funny part was about the American. |

Answer: First - Lets pose the following question: You're on duty by yourself walking on a deserted street late at night. Sudde... |

| If we had set the border at the 54th parallel, where it should have been set in the first place, then we could take Canada more seriously, because a lot of it would be stateside. Don't feel badly, we don't give a lot of attention to Alaska, either. As a matter of fact. The people back East hardly pa... |

| Don't think it fair to compare this to the LA riots. There were only a couple hundred people involved. The next day hundreds came down to clean up the area and apologize on behalf of the drunken fools that were involved...in TRUE Canadian fashion. Did you see the riot coverage on tv? I guess you ca... |
